Demte manufactures DIN rail profiles, plastic and polyester distribution boards, metal panel enclosures and panel accessories for electrical panels and installations. Steel coil and raw material go into the plant; measured, packed product comes out. Every step in between — roll forming, pressing, injection moulding, coating, inspection — happens on our own line.
A panel builder has to buy ten different items for one job. That is the idea Demte was founded on: rail, box, duct and accessory on the same delivery note.
Demte specialises in DIN rail and profile production for electrical panels and installations. Through our years in the industry we have stayed focused on one thing: delivering the dimension the buyer asked for, within the tolerance they asked for, on the date we promised.
Our range runs from raw material to finished part. The 35 mm top-hat rail a project needs, the flush distribution board that rail goes into, the duct that carries the cable and the accessory that locks the door are all made under the same roof. That is why Demte is not one more name on a supplier list — it is what makes the list shorter.
Production starts only with quality raw material. Steel coil is processed through roll-forming machines and high-tonnage presses; for plastic groups our own injection moulds take over. This line lets us produce high quality product quickly and efficiently — and that is what makes competitive pricing possible at home and in export markets while conformity to international standards is maintained.
“Strong fix by us.” The brand line actually describes what the product does: the part that holds everything inside the panel in place.

Four separate production techniques in the same plant. Because one product family never has to wait for another, lead time on a mixed order is shorter.
Galvanized coil is slit and roll formed continuously into TS35×7.5 and TS35×15 top-hat profile. Hole patterns and cut-to-length are produced on high-tonnage presses.
Bodies and covers for junction boxes, distribution boards and push button enclosures are produced with our own moulds. Material selection follows the intended application.
Wall-mounted metal enclosures (K and E series) are cut, bent, welded and electrostatically powder coated. The internal mounting plate and gasket are fitted in place.
Polyester enclosures resistant to corrosion and UV; a separate line for bodies used on site, on poles and in outdoor environments.
Once real production photographs are taken at the plant, these four cards will carry images; the layout stays as it is.

All Demte DIN rails are produced in full compliance with the EN 60715 international standard — dimensions, hole pattern and mounting tolerances are set by it. This is what guarantees that components from any brand seat correctly on the rail.
Protection ratings for box and enclosure families are defined to EN 60529. The prevailing rating in the catalogue is IP54; cable glands reach IP68 (5 bar).
Push buttons, combination boxes and distribution blocks are dimensioned to the rules for electrical equipment of machines (EN 60204) and low-voltage switchgear (IEC 60947).
The flammability class of plastic bodies is UL94 V2 or V0 depending on the product family. Groups using halogen-free material are separately marked in the catalogue.
Standard colours are RAL 7035 (light grey), RAL 7030 (stone grey), RAL 9005 (matt black) and RAL 7001 (silver grey). Custom colours on request.
